Michael Jackson, 50, died yesterday June 25, 2009 in the UCLA Medical Center on June 25 2009 . It is reported that Jackson died of a sudden cardiac arrest (SCA). The news is now alive with explanations of SCA. Here is our attempt to educate you.

The definition of sudden cardiac death according to the American College of Cardiology is defined as “the sudden cessation of cardiac activity so that the victim becomes unresponsive, with no normal breathing and no signs of circulation.” Most often there are no warning signs, and loss of consciousness can occur between seconds to minutes due to lack of blood flow to the brain.

It’s estimated that up to 15 percent of total mortality in the United States is due to sudden cardiac death. Ninety-five percent of people who have sudden cardiac arrest die from it. See what leads to higher Cardiac Arrest survival.

Risk factors for sudden cardiac arrest include underlying cardiac disease, structural heart disease, smoking, obesity, an elevated blood pressure or cholesterol level, or a family history of heart disease.

Rapid treatment of sudden cardiac arrest with a defibrillator can be lifesaving. A defibrillator is a device that sends an electric shock to the heart to try to restore its normal rhythm. The use of the defibrillator has to be quick. There can be a good outcome if it is used within 4 minutes. Between four and eight minutes, the outcome will be questionable. After eight minutes very, very few people will survive.

Pop star Michael Jackson was pronounced dead today after paramedics found him in a coma at his Bel-Air mansion, city and law enforcement sources told The Times.

Los Angeles Fire Department Capt. Steve Ruda told The Times that paramedics responded to a 911 call from the home. When they arrived, Jackson was not breathing.

The paramedics performed CPR and took Jackson to UCLA Medical Center, Ruda said. Hundreds of reporters gathered at the hospital awaiting word on his condition. The sources, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said family members rushed to Jackson’s bedside, where he was in a deep coma.

The circumstances of Jackson’s death remain unclear. Law enforcement sources said that Los Angeles Police Department robbery-homicide detectives have opened an investigation into the death, though they stressed that there is no evidence of criminal wrongdoing.

The detectives plan to interview relatives, friends and Jackson’s doctors to try to figure out what happened. The L.A. County coroner’s office will determine a cause of death. A Los Angeles Fire Department source told The Times that Jackson was in full cardiac arrest when rescue units arrived.

A doctor was in the house performing CPR on Jackson, said the source who asked not to be identified because he was not authorized to speak to the media. Paramedics were called to a home in the 100 block of Carolwood Drive off Sunset Boulevard.

Jackson rented the Bel-Air home -- described as a French chateau built in 2002 with seven bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, 12 fireplaces and a theater -- for $100,000 a month. The home is about a six-minute drive from UCLA Medical Center. Jackson has three children -- sons Prince Michael 7, and Michael Joseph Jackson Jr., 12, and daughter Paris Michael Katherine, 11.

Jackson, 50, died as he was attempting a comeback after years of tabloid headlines, most notably his trial and acquittal on child molestation charges.

In May, The Times reported that Jackson had rented the Bel-Air residence and was rehearsing for a series of 50 sold-out shows in London's O2 Arena. Jackson had won the backing of two billionaires to get the so-called "King of Pop" back on stage.

Two Choices:

What would you do?....you make the choice.

Don't look for a punch line, there isn't one. Read it anyway. My question is: Would you have made the same choice?

At a fundraising dinner for a school that serves children with learning disabilities, the father of one of the students delivered a speech that would never be forgotten by all who attended. After extolling the school and its

dedicated staff, he offered a question:

'When not interfered with by outside influences, everything nature does, is done with perfection.

Yet my son, Shay, cannot learn things as other children do. He cannot understand things as other children do.

Where is the natural order of things in my son?'

The audience was stilled by the query.

The father continued. 'I believe that when a child like Shay, who was mentally and physically disabled comes into the world, an opportunity to realize true human nature presents itself, and it comes in the way other people treat that child.'

Then he told the following story:

Shay and I had walked past a park where some boys Shay knew were playing baseball. Shay asked, 'Do you think they'll let me play?' I knew that most of the boys would not want someone like Shay on their team, but as a father I also understood that if my son were allowed to play, it would give him a much-needed sense of belonging and some confidence to be accepted by others in spite of his handicaps.

I approached one of the boys on the field and asked (not expecting

much) if Shay could play. The boy looked around for guidance and said, 'We're losing by six runs and the game is in the eighth inning. I guess he can be on our team and we'll try to put him in to bat in the ninth inning.'

Shay struggled over to the team's bench and, with a broad smile, put on a team shirt. I watched with a small tear in my eye and warmth in my heart. The boys saw my joy at my son being accepted.

In the bottom of the eighth inning, Shay's team scored a few runs but was still behind by three.

In the top of the ninth inning, Shay put on a glove and played in the right field. Even though no hits came his way, he was obviously ecstatic just to be in the game and on the field, grinning from ear to ear as I waved to him from the stands.

In the bottom of the ninth inning, Shay's team scored again..

Now, with two outs and the bases loaded, the potential winning run was on base and Shay was scheduled to be next at bat.

At this juncture, do they let Shay bat and give away their chance to win the game?

Surprisingly, Shay was given the bat. Everyone knew that a hit was all but impossible because Shay didn't even know how to hold the bat properly, much less connect with the ball.

However, as Shay stepped up to the

plate, the pitcher, recognizing that the other team was putting winning aside for this moment in Shay's life, moved in a few steps to lob the ball in softly so Shay could at least make contact.

The first pitch came and Shay swung clumsily and missed.

The pitcher again took a few steps forward to toss the ball softly towards Shay.

As the pitch came in, Shay swung at the ball and hit a slow ground ball right back to the pitcher.

The game would now be over.

The pitcher picked up the soft grounder and could have easily thrown the ball to the first baseman.

Shay would have been out and that would have been the end of the game.

Instead, the pitcher threw the ball right over the first baseman's head, out of reach of all team mates.

Everyone from the stands and both teams started yelling, 'Shay, run to first!

Run to first!'

Never in his life had Shay ever run that far, but he made it to first base.

He scampered down the baseline, wide-eyed and startled.

Everyone yelled, 'Run to second, run to second!'

Catching his breath, Shay awkwardly ran towards second, gleaming and struggling to make it to the base.

B y the time Shay rounded towards second base, the right fielder had the ball . the smallest guy on their team who now had his first chance to be the hero for his team.

He could have thrown the ball to the second-baseman for the tag, but he understood the pitcher's intentions so he, too, intentionally threw the ball high and far over the third-baseman' s head.

Shay ran toward third base deliriously as the runners ahead of him circled the bases toward home.

All were screaming, 'Shay, Shay, Shay, all the Way Shay'

In this am not going to talk about the very big giant level sectors I am going to talk about children private sector. Yes you are right that is nothing but private tuition center. You believe it or not the tuition center is the battle field for the children after return to home from the school. Yeah it is true, because according to my observation, the child will feared out of the work and test given by the private tuition is more than the school because I was also experienced same kind of situations when I was schooling. You can find the separate note book and the satchels for the private tuition with the school children. In school also there will be leave (holidays) in Sunday, festival days and government holidays but in tuitions there is no holidays for anything even in the august 15 also. Even though it is easy to get the leave for 2 to 3 days to go outside with family and friends you cannot get it from tuitions, the children are afraid out of asking leave there. The guy will be very lucky if the school and the tuition teacher are same. Otherwise he/she has to struggle with the both the things. If the school teacher comes to know that the child is going for the private tuition other than that teacher, who is taking the private classes too then that is the end. Now a days it is very usual that the children getting the punishment when he caught by his school teacher while doing his tuition work. The tuition is the different world different government where no one can ask them any questions. The tutors they would be the wealthier pupil in that particular area. Their will be 4 to 5 teachers each one for each subject they will put the time table and they will take the class accordingly, now a days it is becoming as a great business to earn. In the township and in the city side you can easily find the 2 to 3 group of teachers taking the classes in common premises. Even the school salary is nothing for these kinds of teachers compare to the money earning from these private institutions. The reason behind this all is the parents not believing only the school will not make their Child to shine in their studies. How they will believe if most of the teacher is conducting the private sectors like this.

Hi dudes happy to meet you all with an intersting article about one book, yes this is the first time am writting about a book "One Night....... "in my blog. because that was the first book i ever read it in my life,i could remember the name Chettan Bhagat, yeah you are right he is the authour of this book. you may familliure with this name and his inventories before, but i dont know anything about before i read that book, after read that book i got some expectation on his books and that book "one night.."was his third book. after that i got the other two books and i read that all. that much level his book "one night at the call centre" impressed me much... one day the authour happen to travel in a train alone on that time a gorgeous girl came their to travel in the same compartment with chatten and she told him that she will tell a story he has to write it as a book... after some arguements he accepted the deal the story is starting like this and that was the story about the events happening in the call centres and it narates the single night events movin with cute love story... in that story all the charactors are facing the some problems and get frustrated and ultimately they got in to the accident at that time one call is coming from the un known number that was no one else other than the GOD. she told the story and after somw times she disappeared then only the authour coming to know that the gorgeous girl travelled with him entire night was the goddess..,
it was really interesting and nice to read that book, if you have a time to read i would like to recommend you to prefer this book...one more information this Book has been released as the Hindi movie also... meet you all in my next post...

Yesterday Chennai has been really feard out of the stunning performance of the yuvraj. He hitted the Huge Sixer of 113Meters, Which no one has done this before. He really dominated the CSK bowllers well. Dhoni has given a short time half century after a long time. yesterday i happend to see the old sixer Dhoni again, and the Man of the Match Hayden who is the Master Blaster of the match really did a great work to make the run rate high. And Suresh Raina,who turned the match to the winning path of CSK side. His bolleing of the two overs only made the Yuvraj and Jayawardne to frustrate and stp them to score. Prof: Yes. What is night if there isn't darkness?

Student : You're wrong again, sir. Darkness is the absence of something. You can have low light, normal light, bright light, flashing light....But if you have no light constantly, you have nothing and it's called darkness, isn't it? In reality, darkness isn't. If it were you would be able to make darkness darker, wouldn't you?

Prof: So what is the point you are making, young man?

Student: Sir, my point is your philosophical premise is flawed.

Prof: Flawed? Can you explain how?

Student: Sir, you are working on the premise of duality. You argue there is life and then there is death, a good God and a bad God. You are viewing the concept of God as something finite, something we can measure. Sir, science can't even explain a thought. It uses electricity and magnetism, but has never seen, much less fully understood either one.To view death as the opposite of life is to be ignorant of the fact that death cannot exist as a substantive thing. Death is not the opposite of life: just the absence of it. Now tell me, Professor.Do you teach your students that they evolved from a monkey?

Prof: If you are referring to the natural evolutionary process, yes, of course, I do. Student: Have you ever observed evolution with your own eyes, sir? (The Professor shakes his head with a smile, beginning to realize where the argument is going.)

Student: Since no one has ever observed the process of evolution at work and cannot even prove that this process is an on-going endeavor, are you not teaching your opinion, sir? Are you not a scientist but a preacher? (The class is in uproar.)

Hi guys here am come with an incident took place in Pune - a young girl was attacked by a man posing as a plain clothes officer; he asked her to come to the police station when she & her male friend didn't have a driver's license to show. He sent the boy off to get his license and asked the girl to accompany him to the police station. Took her instead to an isolated area where the horrendous crime was committed. The law [which most of us are not aware of] clearly states that between 6 pm and 6 am, a woman has the right to REFUSE to go to the Police Station, even if an arrest warrant has been issued against her. It is a procedural issue that a woman can be arrested between 6pm and 6am, ONLY if she is arrested by a woman officer & taken to an ALL WOMEN police station. And if she is arrested by a male officer, it has to be proven that a woman officer was on duty at the time of arrest. Please inform this to as many girls you know. On November 13, 2002, the Prestige oil tanker was carrying 77,000 tons of heavy fuel oil when one of its twelve tanks burst during a storm off Galicia, Spain. Fearing that the ship would sink, the captain called for help from Spanish rescue workers, expecting them to take the ship into harbour. However, pressure from local authorities forced the captain to steer the ship away from the coast. The captain tried to get help from the French and Portuguese authorities, but they too ordered the ship away from their shores. The storm eventually took its toll on the ship resulting in the tanker splitting in half and releasing 20 million gallons oil into the sea. According to a report by the Pontevedra Economist Board, the total cleanup cost $12 billion.

Space Shuttle Columbia :
$13 BillionThe Space Shuttle Columbia was the first space worthy shuttle in NASA's orbital fleet. It was destroyed during re-entry over Texas on February 1, 2003 after a hole was punctured in one of the wings during launch 16 days earlier. The original cost of the shuttle was $2 Billion in 1978. That comes out to $6.3 Billion in today's dollars. $500 million was spent on the investigation, making it the costliest aircraft accident investigation in history. The search and recovery of debris cost $300 million. At 10 PM that same night, a technician pressed a start button for the liquid gas pumps and the world's most expensive oil rig accident was set in motion. Within 2 hours, the 300 foot platform was engulfed in flames. It eventually collapsed, killing 167 workers and resulting in $3.4 Billion in damages.

$5.5 BillionThe Space Shuttle Challenger was destroyed 73 seconds after takeoff due on January 28, 1986 due to a faulty O-ring.
